Grading framework
- Grade A — authoritative regulation/surveillance, controlled human data, validated analytical work, or convergent high-quality evidence
- Grade B — small human series, well-documented cases, or strong mechanistic evidence with clinical concordance
- Grade C — animal, in-vitro, modeling, confounded cases, or botanical→concentrated-7-OH extrapolation
- Grade D — practice-based clinical observation or expert synthesis
- Grade U — data insufficient
